Booking Policy

How online reservations work at Sapori Italian

1. Making a Booking

  • All online bookings are subject to availability.
  • Please provide accurate contact details so we can confirm your reservation or contact you if needed.
  • Your booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation via the online booking system.

2. Payments and Deposits

  • We do not take payment or deposits through the website.
  • Payment is made in the restaurant, unless agreed with you in advance for special events.

3. Changes to Your Booking

  • You can modify your booking up to 30 minutes before your reservation time using the online booking system.
  • Changes within 30 minutes aren't guaranteed — please call us and we'll do our best to help.

4. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your booking up to 30 minutes before your reservation time using the online booking system.
  • If it's within 30 minutes, please call us — we're flexible, and calling helps us manage tables.

5. Late Arrivals, Holding Tables, and No-Shows

  • If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We can hold your table for up to 15 minutes after your booking time. After this, we may need to release the table, especially during busy periods.
  • If you can't make it, please cancel or let us know — repeated no-shows may mean we ask you to book directly with the restaurant in future.

6. Large Groups (Over 12 Guests)

  • Online bookings are welcome for all group sizes, but for parties over 12 guests we ask that you call us to confirm so we can seat you comfortably and provide the best service.

7. Allergies, Dietary Needs, and Special Requests

  • Please add allergies, dietary requirements, and any celebration notes in the booking comments.
  • We'll always try to accommodate requests, but specific tables or seating requests can't be guaranteed.

8. Booking Accuracy and Misuse

  • We may cancel bookings that appear to be duplicates, incorrect, or made with false details.
  • If we're unable to reach you using the details provided, we may need to release the booking.
